It is such an interesting town and quite hilly, i walked in and visited the cathedral and the castle both were amazing. The castle was huge but was expensive to visit but it does not disappoint. Arundel is beautiful with plenty of cafes, tea rooms, pubs, and restaurants. The art trail happened to be on whilst we were there, and although not our thing, it appeared to be very good. There was an open-air tribute act to ABBA too at night which appeared to be very well organised with a really fantastic atmosphere. Arundel castle is probably the best property I have visited, perhaps along with Osborne House on the Isle of Wight. Although the ticket entrance is pricey it was well worth it. A lot of history, beautiful rooms and private chapel. Walled garden is well kept. The cathedral is also worth a visit, very Impressive to look at. Location great.

Only a short walk to Arundel Castle which is definitely worth a visit. Staff are very friendly. A special shout out to Oscar behind the bar, the lovely lady serving breakfast and the chefs who catered so well for me with a delicious evening meal and breakfast (I have several allergies).
