It was located in an amazing place. Elegant and peaceful looking. Nothing fancy but everything was great. As a former Mercure staff, I wasn’t very much into booking any of the Mercure brand but I’m glad that I booked it. 😇 I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (F&B) for an amazing service with a lovely smile. Thank you for tolerating my requests every single time. 😅❤️ and shout out to Laila (my apologies if I said the wrong name) from Reception. This property is very unique. Very high end designs, luxury bedding, beautiful garden with plenty of sitting areas. Close proximity to gorgeous hiking trails and valley with wild animals. The hosts were exceptionally kind and made delicious and healthy breakfasts, grill and deserts. I enjoyed our cinema nights in, as well as soaking in a bath tub under the stars. I’ve never had such a peaceful sleep.

I arrived very late due to a delayed flight but a solution was found so I could still check in, although it was after midnight. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Too bad it was only for one night.

    Room was lovely as we went for a suite which allowed us more room. The evening meal on both evenings was excellent. The hotel is in an excellent location for Brands Hatch circuit and within 20 mins walking distance. The staff were lovely and very helpful

    Incredibly quiet location, down the road from the village of Ash. Comfortable and spacious, nice mix of modern and rustic, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space to stretch out. Reasonable value for money for this party of Kent.

    A great base to explore Canterbury and the coast by car. Quiet and clean and comfortable, the house has everything that’s needed for self-catering - full kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom, and separate sitting room.
