Something a bit different off the beaten path. Nearest town was Forres, about 15-20 mins away. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The food, at both dinner and breakfast was exceptional, all freshly prepared and a fantastic menu. Great relax feel about the hotel with attentive staff who didn't fuss over you to much. It is well worth a stay and i will certainly use the hotel again.

It has been wonderful experience here at the Cardhu Country House. We came for one night and enjoyed the best facilities in the region. The bedrooms are very big, the shower room is huge and comfortable and the food is delicious. Above all the added value are the owners Colin and Sarah Corson and their hospitality with kind and warm welcome. We strongly recommend coming here! We’ll definitely come back again!!

We've traveled a lot in our lives and have seen many beautiful places, but our stay at the Old Manse of Craggan was definitely an experience we'll never forget! The entire setting, the lovingly and tastefully decorated house, and, above all, the attentive service from our extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, Aleksandra and Piotr, was above average in every aspect. Beside the river in Aberlour city centre and close to everything. Rooms were big with comfortable beds, nice amenities and a bath tub - and they were named after speyside whisky distilleries. Parking was easy as they allocate lots for guests. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great night doing whisky flights in the bar - their stock list is immaculate!

The staff was super helpfull. We had some problem with our booking and booking.com and the manager kept helping us so we could change our reservation. The bar and Restaurant were top as was the breakfasts. The rooms were super clean and there is so much to do and to taste in the area.
