Absolutely satisfied. Spacious, spotless rooms with a pleasant scent, fresh bed linen, and a quiet neighborhood. By far my favorite stay in Grantham so far, and also more affordable than the average. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We were just blown away by the Studio, Katie had thought of everything you could need for a perfect getaway experience, and she was so helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we've found anywhere in our travels - we even found two hot water bottles, just in case (not needed). The breakfast provided was just right for us. Our dog, Grace, was in her element, loads of walkies and places to explore. Just wonderful!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Barn, it's a lovely property and a quirky layout which adds to the charm. Very clean and comfortable and with food basics such as bread, milk, tea/coffee, jams etc provided along with crockery/cutlery, toaster, fridge and kettle. We were able to park on the drive which is gated and feels secure. Dave and Lisa were really nice and helpful, but respectful of privacy so we felt comfortable and at home. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed at this apartment in Gramthon last week — I was there with Shannon — and everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and easy. This is actually our second time staying with Amaya Property and we’ve already booked our third trip to Gramthon with them — that says it all! We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back.
