Beverley is a lovely market town with a good array of national and local shops plus the crowning glory of the Minster church. There were plenty of places to eat both during the day and the evening. So much history in the town to see, find and visit.
So much history in the town to see, find and visit. Hidden gardens to sit in. Plenty to find for all ages really. Friendly place too with easy access by train or car. varied choice of eating places and pubs. Quite a few independant shops still there plus the various high street stores. None are large as they are in old buildings that have been modified mainly. The market square hosts various meetings eg car rally, christmas and weekly markets, folk festivals.
