I stay in Biggleswade when visiting The Shuttleworth Collection, three miles away, a place I highly recommend to visit for the day. Biggleswade has a small number of hotels and several lively public houses, restaurants and cafes.

Not only Biggleswade has great connections with the British Army/Cadets it's always been a fantastic little market town and offers a very relaxing atmosphere along with a variety of shops and places to eat. Easy to access by car , bus or train. I had the extra bonus of the Xmas lights switch on to. Come and visit Biggleswade.

Biggleswade is a busy little village with plenty of local shops and eateries. It is a good centre to visit local historic houses like Knebworth plus rail travel to interesting towns nearby such as Hichin and Letchworth.

Biggleswade seem to be a very happy place with plenty of Pubs, restaurants and Cafe's. It was an attractive small town with good connections to other areas e.g. London, Peterborough and Milton Keynes. As a short stay I think it would be ideal.

Not somewhere to holiday, need to have a reason to visit Biggleswade. Place looks rather tired. I used to live in the area, left around 2007 and rather glad I did. Ate at the Stratton House Hotel, lovely food and great service. Had a few pints in The Wheatsheaf, great little local pub.
