Awesome breakfast and breakfast area. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It's in a very good location and close to all the horse training which is definitely worth getting up early to watch in the morning before or after breakfast. Loved our stay and we will definitely return. FG

Very cute cottage from 1896. Near the fen and very dog-friendly. Two bedrooms upstairs, toilets downstairs. No problem for us, but maybe interesting for some.

A fabulous studio apartment with lots of extras. The bed was so comfortable and there was a nice sitting area to watch tv, eat and use my laptop. The host has provided lots of extras: breakfast in the fridge, chocolates, bath robes as well as a compact kitchen where we made a couple of meals. There is a lovely outlook into the garden and it was nice and quiet. Parking was onsite and very close and no stairs to negotiate as all on the ground floor.

It's such a beautiful old authentic hotel, very tastefully decorated. Lovely friendly staff and amazing food. There was plenty of free off-street parking. I wish we could have stayed longer here. Don't hesitate to book this quaint hotel with loads of character.

Our favourite place to stay in Newmarket! We love it, it really feels like a home from home for us. It's a beautiful house, the rooms are always spotless and the beds are super comfortable. The decor is awesome 😊 The kitchen has everything you need, cooking facilities if you want to make food. Coffee and tea etc. Close to the town centre. Lots of options nearby if you want to eat out. Bianca is lovely and so welcoming. We always enjoy our stay.. Thank you!

    I could not fault this place or the lady in charge she went...

    I could not fault this place or the lady in charge she went above and beyond fir us. We had a shoddy start to the weekend with our car breaking down and not been fixable on the way to our stay for our daughters dance comp the day after. This absolutely lovely lady gave us a lift to Cambridge center next morning so they didn't miss it. I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone the place was stunning so beautiful and peaceful I will 100% be booking next year and will be for the forthcoming competitions in Cambridge too!! Never have I stayed anywhere like this or had the hospitality and greeting the same.

    Lovely little Pictuese Village.

    Lovely little Pictuese Village. Got shops, places to eat, Post office. We ate in our accommodation as we had a kitchen. Because of covid we felt happier doing this, but there were pubs and places to eat. Also a local shop where we bought some food to cook. Its not a big place but seems to have lots more than we saw as we were just on an over-night stay. Will definately go back for a longer stay. We walked to the shop and it was pleasant. Nice sun set as we walked.
