    Chelmsford is a very pretty place .

    Chelmsford is a very pretty place . The people are so friendly but unfortunately I cannot walk long distances so I could not get to see it all . But we'll worth a visit. We had breakfast in the Range shop which was quite nice. Plenty of places to eat. ...there is street food also like paella...beautiful arrangements of home made breads The shops are so many you would need a day to see it all. There are a row of markets do there is plenty to see.

    Chelmsford is an amazing location that offers a huge array...

    Chelmsford is an amazing location that offers a huge array of options on a trip! The area has a vast variety of restaurants and shopping to suit all tastes and pockets!! The area itself has fabulous views and alot of activities to attend ie water sports/ice skating/ Everyman cinema with couch & food service! Street food vendors & markets all part of the experience and the aromas from all the doorways of restaurants will have your mouth watering! Some of the restaurants we went to whilst visiting “Ask Italian”, “Wingstop”, “Mowgli” “Pret à Manger” next visit will hopefully include “Giggling squid” & “Las iguanas” as they looked amazing but booked out when we were there!!

    It was a pleasant stay I wish I stayed longer

    It was a pleasant stay I wish I stayed longer A few needed tweaks needed here ( which I have explained in pre post ) - nothing major! Lovely location! Very accommodating I would recommend this place to other travellers/ guests!

    My first visit in over 25 years to the town.

    My first visit in over 25 years to the town. It was to work on the Chelmsford Beer Festival, held annually in Admirals Park https://cbcf.camra.org.uk/viewnode.php?id=178936 , so my exploration of the town itself was limited. I noticed a lot of fast food outlets, which was a change, along with a ring road that seems to cut the centre off. There had been a lot of re-building .... I will be back, to explore further, if only to explore some of the recommended pubs https://www1.camra.org.uk/pubs/place/chelmsford-3588?sort=nearest

    Chelmsford has good shops and restaurants.

    Chelmsford has good shops and restaurants. When we travel down by train we have easy access around places using the bus service. Train and bus stations or taxis are easy to get to. One of our favorite places to eat was the indian restaurant in Moulsham street.

    The park which the apartment looks onto is lovely place to...

    The park which the apartment looks onto is lovely place to walk around. The shops are very convenient. The buses stop outside the apartment...so great for travel. Train station not far away either too. Regarding restaurants there are plenty to choose from.

    It was very clean, really nice and modern. Had all the amenities you needed. It was easy to find and even had a parking space within gated areas for extra security! It is very close to the city centre, around 5 minute walk and a few minute drive from a big superstore. The landlord/owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again if I were to go back to Chelmsford!

    everything about the stay was absolutely great. even if the arrival was a little late, the staff was very kind and helped us out through all our needs. great dinner ( and great Sunday roasts too), the menu is really something to try out. really enjoyed the atmosphere and the whole setting. a great little gem, in the heart of Chelmsford. highly suggested to anyone

    Very sweet, lovely hideaway in the heart of Chelmsford. Had a very pleasant evening making supper and drying out after a wet cycle ride, in front of the woodburner. The bed (which we had to put up ourselves - the dining table and benches convert into a bed, but it's easy to do) was very comfortable.

    The Room was lovely and spacious, our view was of the River Chelmer, which was lovely. Well within walking distance of Chelmsford Town and other places. The Bed was very nice and comfy, all in all, a very delightful stay!
