⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly exceptional experience – highly recommended! From the moment we arrived at the hotel in Ilford, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. We travel often, and it’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness at such a high level — but here, everything aligned perfectly. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by Ejaz, who immediately made us feel at home. He was kind, helpful, and very responsive to our needs, going out of his way to ensure that everything was smooth and seamless. You can tell when someone is doing their job with heart — and Ejaz clearly takes pride in delivering great service. 👏 Our rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable 🛏️. The bed was perfect, the temperature was ideal, and all amenities were present. After a long day of travel, it was the ideal place to rest. The overall ambiance of the hotel is calm and welcoming — exactly what we were looking for. The next morning, due to an unexpected situation, we found ourselves in need of an additional night — but without a reservation. We were a bit stressed and unsure how this would go… But to our surprise, the manager, Mr. Kalam, stepped in with incredible generosity and efficiency. 🙌 Not only did he arrange the exact same rooms for us with no hassle whatsoever, but he also offered us complimentary breakfast as a kind gesture. That level of flexibility and customer care is rare and deserves to be highlighted. 🥐☕ A real example of service excellence. Another major plus: we were able to park our car right in front of the hotel, which in the UK is no small feat! 🚗 They even took the time to guide us and help us with the logistics, which made things even easier and stress-free. Between the quality of the rooms, the outstanding service, the attentive team, and the overall comfort, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Everything from the reception to the checkout felt sincere and smooth.

I had an amazing stay at YotelPad! The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and incredibly well-designed, making the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are compact yet very functional, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect – it's close to all the main transport stations, making it super easy to get around the city. Whether you're exploring the area or just need a convenient place to stay, this is an ideal choice. One of the things I appreciated the most was how quiet and relaxing the hotel was. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms are well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere is calm, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. I booked the Deluxe Single Room for 2 nights, then I extended my stay for another 2 nights. The room is very clean including the bed, the carpet and the bathroom. The space in the room is optimized to include everything needed: bedside table, coffee corner, space for luggage, wall wardrobe and a big mirror. My room has 2 windows so there is lots of light during the day. Also the lighting in the room and bathroom is very good. The room has a modern design, there are many plug sockets and USB ports to charge multiple devices, the AC/ heating is controlled from a digital panel so it’s easy to adjust the room temperature. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate with every request and make your stay comfortable, even request unrelated to the booking. It’s also nice to have complimentary water offered. Breakfast is offered with the room and is very good, you have cold and hot options with fruits and juice. The hotel entrance is secure you need to ring to get in, so it felt very safe. There is 24/24h reception so you can come and go anytime. Seven Kings tube station is opposite the hotel so you just need to cross the street. The location is very convenient, you can reach central London in less than 20 min with the Elizabeth line. Also convenient if you are traveling to/from Heathrow, there is a direct connection. I would definitely recommend it.
