Lovely house, exceeded expectations from all that stayed. The house was spotless all the way through. The kitchen was nice and big when it came to both storing food and drink and for eating in. 10 guests stayed and we all got comfortably in the house. The living room was also very nice with plenty of space to fit us all in and chill. I believe we might have got lucky for parking considering the location but we managed to get 3 car parking spots directly out the front of the house.

The location of the property was fantastic, close to everything we needed. We managed to find the property easily and met the really friendly host.The property is really lovely, like home from home and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The homeowners house is at the front and the garden is amazing to look at. I would highly recommend!

    We love Felixstowe for the wonderful sea front/promenade.

    We love Felixstowe for the wonderful sea front/promenade. Every time we go something else has been smartened up, it’s looking really good. It’s a great place to walk with our disabled daughter. We love Languard nature reserve and the cafe, watching ships and boats. And swimming in the sea feels safe, and we like the swimming pool too.

    A trip to the docks is a must see.

    A trip to the docks is a must see. The promenade is a splendid walk & the gardens are lovely to walk through & just to sit in & watch the world go by. We always must have a trip to the Pinsa & Pasta restaurant on the front & also the fish & chip restaurant opposite the pier.

    Clean and tidy town. Excellent public toilets. Good variety of independent shops. Very interesting architecture and well thought out newer developments. Fascinating insight into the early development of the town. Excellent, clean beaches and a thriving sailing community. We will certainly visit again

    We love Felixstowe, I lived here years ago & have family...

    We love Felixstowe, I lived here years ago & have family here, hence the visit & enjoyed seeing family & friends - it was only the hotel stay that was not good; we always chose The Orwell Hotel which has always had a prestigious reputation in years gone by but whatever has happened to it since our last visit means it will not be considered again - we'd rather go in a premier inn!

    Clean and pleasant to walk around, good walk along the sea front with nice gardens. Always clean. Busy end for families who want funfair etc but also quieter side for those who don't. Lovely town centre with lots of coffee shops and places to eat.

    There is a busy end and a quieter end. So should suit most people. The carnival was really good . Well done all those who organised the three days. We came to go the the theatre which was first rate so the carnival was a good added extra.

    Room had. Kettle on the flooring went down for breakfast and as we went in told we had to pay first payed went to get food and no eggs asked staff and was told iits 9.15 and cheff would not cook anymore as we shut at 9.30 so asked for money back in the evening went to bar for drinks and told them my room number only to be told that had to pay now? Is this a hotel This was my 4 visit to this hotel and now under new management Never to return payed £302 for a twin room no food it's a ripe offf?

    Perfect location for us as like to visit the languard/port area as well as the beach and seafront in Felixstowe. Communication from start to finish was excellent with Tracey responding quickly to questions I had. Caravan is comfy with everything we needed for our break, sun all day on the outside seating area, spotlessly clean throughout and with towels and bedding provided. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying at Suffolk sands or the area.

    Perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean, well equipped, and we slept like logs! Our host was helpful and timely with information. Excellent value for money. I would 100% recommend. My grandson appreciated having Netflix! It is a fair walk from the seafront, but if, like us, you don't have a car, there are half-hourly buses nearby which will take you into Felixstowe town.

    The rooms are modern and comfortable with lots of space. The hotel is in a great location just a short walk from the beach and from Felixstowe town centre. There is a restaurant downstairs that we didn't go to but locals have said that the food there is excellent. There is also parking just outside the hotel.

    Caravan was lovely and clean. Beautiful location and very quiet. Caravan was minutes from the beach and the conservation area. Felixstowe is a great place for families. It is so dog friendly you can take them in the shops, most restaurants and the amusements.
