fantastic accommodation, great breakfast, practically everything perfect. we were greeted with great warmth by the staff in this beautiful facility. in particular, a mention to Jess, who helped us and waited for the check-in until late at night because of a problem with our car

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member (especially Pavlo who is from Ukraine too and works on the reception) I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will stay here again

This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. This time it snowed during the first night of my stay so I ended up getting tanning “before and after” photos of the lovely views from the room
