My husband and I loved our stay at Gwel Eryri, the caravan is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, good shower and very peaceful. The view from the caravan was stunning, even in winter, snowdon is gorgeous. Nerys was very friendly and was on hand straight away, she had put the heating on for when we arrived, and even put an electric blanket on the bed for us, we didn't need it though as the caravan was toastie warm, bed was comfortable. We can't wait to visit again.

    A lovely, very well stocked and comfy caravan with a beautiful view of the mountains. Good location for exploring the rest of the island, and close to shops. The owner suggested LLandwyn Island which I went to and it is one of the most stunning places I've been to in the UK and a nice walk on a good weather day. There is also Dingle woods just up the road in LLangefni which again is a lovely walk with lot's of red squirrels around if you are lucky. All in all, a wonderful stay and will certainly book again.

    I do have a lot of positive things to say about my stay, but...

    I do have a lot of positive things to say about my stay, but I really can’t recommend anyone booking these cottages due to the 3/4 mile road leading up-to the properties. The lane/road is full of small/medium & large holes, holes you cannot avoid and could very easily damage your cars suspension. If you have a 4x4 or tractor you would be ok. The day we arrived I came close to asking for a refund, but it was over a weekend and they don’t take calls, so I couldn’t talk to anyone. I am not impressed. I will come back if they sort the road out.

    It is in a great position to visit the rest of the island.

    It is in a great position to visit the rest of the island. It has amenities close by such as a convenience store, petrol station, pub and eating establishments. My favourite places to visit were Red Wharf Bay (coastal path walk), Moelfre, Cemaes Bay, Plas Newydd and Aberffraw.

    The location is very good to access the island as a whole but also the near mainland via the two road bridges. The accommodation is not brand new but is kept well maintained and was not short of anything we needed. The larger shower was a particularly nice surprise for this type of accommodation. Very pleasant outlook and well kept lawns in front.

    Room was small and had a strange smell. Sat on the bed which was extremely uncomfortable and peeled back the duvet to see dried blood-looking stains on bed sheet and underneath duvet. Staff didn’t explain where the bathroom was. Was there a total of 30 minutes before we left to find a new hotel.
