We've traveled a lot in our lives and have seen many beautiful places, but our stay at the Old Manse of Craggan was definitely an experience we'll never forget! The entire setting, the lovingly and tastefully decorated house, and, above all, the attentive service from our extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, Aleksandra and Piotr, was above average in every aspect. Beside the river in Aberlour city centre and close to everything. Rooms were big with comfortable beds, nice amenities and a bath tub - and they were named after speyside whisky distilleries. Parking was easy as they allocate lots for guests. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great night doing whisky flights in the bar - their stock list is immaculate!

The food, at both dinner and breakfast was exceptional, all freshly prepared and a fantastic menu. Great relax feel about the hotel with attentive staff who didn't fuss over you to much. It is well worth a stay and i will certainly use the hotel again.

The staff was super helpfull. We had some problem with our booking and booking.com and the manager kept helping us so we could change our reservation. The bar and Restaurant were top as was the breakfasts. The rooms were super clean and there is so much to do and to taste in the area.

A very home-from-home feel with relaxed and welcoming staff. The well stocked hotel bar with fireplace and lounges were a highlight along with the fabulous food - special mention to the Golden spurtle-worthy, authentic Scottish porridge. Bravo, Lucy!

The hotel was beautiful, and the location was wonderful. We were very lucky to have a fantastic room with amazing scenery. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel at home. All the other staff members were great as well. Oscar in the whisky bar was particularly helpful in selecting excellent drams from their impressive collection. we had a fantastic time there.
