The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. Everything. A very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. The room has everything you need. It’s a bit further away from the train station and the city centre, but you can shop for groceries in Aston University (which is only a 5-min walk away)
