Lovely location and premises, room was clean, perhaps toilet need a little bleach, slightly stained, but I’m a self employed cleaner so abit fussy, good size room and great view over course, even though we were visiting family, still ideal stay even though not playing golf, everyone very friends and helpful, parking was good and property easy to findGuest review byJohannaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The location & views.There was a few nice pubs but couldn't get in to eat as was fully booked being a Sat night. The only one we didn't try to book was the Plough as the reviews weren't as good. The Wheatsheaf was our number one choice as we had been before, but was full inside & out.We rang around 6 pubs, so advise pre booking before your stay! We had a 15min drive to the Berkeley Arms Melton Mowbray which was a lovely meal & service. Very accommodating, friendly staff & great food.Guest review byHeatherUnited Kingdom

The bed was really large and we had a great nights sleep in there. The hotel was a nice hotel. The receptionist upon arrival was very lovely and it was a nice start to the stay. Location wise it’s off the beaten track but great for golfers or those attending a function there. The lady on reception, I just thought it was so lovely and so accommodating…. I stay in hotels all over the world, UK has the worst customer service….
