The location is fabulous and the views surrounding the Inn, esp from our room, were beautiful. There is us small cozy bar with a nice selection of beers and liquor. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The dining room has been newly refurbished and is upscale but casual .

Lovely to see the kings arms open again. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We didn’t eat here so I can’t comment on the food. We like going to a regular pub we like in Reeth. Breakfast was included in our price but we just wanted to eat somewhere else. The room was clean and had biscuits and tea/coffee and everything you need in bathroom ect. Lovely views. We love Yorkshire and it’s lovely waking up looking at it.

A beautiful stay from start to finish. Our host Claire was extremely welcoming, friendly and could not have been any more helpful. The property was immaculately presented, stylish and modern. The breakfast was delicious and Claire’s recommendation for evening meal food was excellent. Location was excellent beautiful walks in every direction and 10 mins walk to Aysgarth Falls. 😊

I know the village very well, the house is very well situated and was absolutely perfect - clean, cozy, comfortable. The shower was great, the bed super comfy, it was really quiet and felt like "home from home"

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable, which lead to a good night's sleep. We enjoyed visiting the local restaurant/pubs in the evenings and the Yorkshire Dales were very special indeed (we visited Ribblehead Viaduct and Aysgarth Falls and the loop trail ... outstanding outdoor walks!

Lovely host, Donna is so sweet and helpful. She cleaned out my water bottle that I didn't manage to get clean myself. Loved the cosy bedroom and all the decorations throughout the house. Definitely recommended!!
