Beautiful Village with thatched cottages with a folk story of a giant having lived there, he is buried in the local church yard, well worth a visit. The local pub does affordable and delicious food. The history of the house is unique and interesting being the home of the childe of Hale. It has a very nice atmosphere, we felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. Our hosts were fantastic, Julie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, she was amazing! We loved seeing the ponies grazing in the paddock while I baked a cake.
