    We come to visit relatives but we always find the shopping...

    We come to visit relatives but we always find the shopping excellent, and the train connection from Harpenden to London is easy and fast. The apartment we stayed in is fairly close to the train station. There are plenty of choices for groceries. It is a small town but very walkable with some nice parks. A bus or the train will get you to St. Alban's and the Cathedral, museums and parks there.

    Harpenden is a small little town with tons of restaurant options. The suburban atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings make this a perfect place to live. Super close to Luton Airport and from London.

    The food and drink were very nice and moderately priced, the service was also very good. The location is right in the centre of Harpenden so if the purpose of your visit is the town with it's amazing choice of places to eat you're in luck.

    The room and bathroom were decorated to a high standard and very spacious. Excellent fresh breakfast served. We also had dinner in the pub and enjoyed our meals. Harpenden is a lovely village with lots of nice shops and restaurants/pubs.

    A delightful old fashioned pub with fabulous restaurant. The rooms were really beautiful. Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful.. It has a really nice atmosphere. If it has ghosts they are friendly!
