Heacham village has restaurants, a Tesco Express and easy access to the beach where the tide goes out a long way. St Andrew's Church has a memorial to the father-in-law of Pocahontas. The village is very close to the lavender fields and other places of interest e.g. Houghton Hall are not too far away.

Heacham is not an attraction in itself but its a beautiful Norfolk village. Has 3 pubs, various shops including a Tesco and several eating options. People are friendly, place is safe and some lovely walks. Its a great base from which to explore the area. Close to Sandigham estate and 5 minutes to South Beach.

Small seaside town with lovely beaches and a long promenade stretching to Hunstanton and then easy access to Old Hunstanton. Some lovely places to eat on the high street, Breakfast and Brownies was a highlight

Heacham has a village feel and whilst there are lots of holiday sites they all seem to be different and offer holidaymakers an individual holiday experience. We have only been there out of season but always enjoy our stay.

Heacham appears to be mostly holiday homes with few facilities, though the long sandy beach is lovely. Its only short drive to Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton for restaurants, pubs, shops, and other amusements.

Heacham is very quiet with mostly very friendly people.

Heacham is very quiet with mostly very friendly people. There is a huge static caravan park which is not my kind of thing and I imagine during high season it is heaving. There is an amusement arcade near South Beach to keep family's entertained if you like that kind of activity. The beaches are sandy nearby so good fun for children. There are a few little parks dotted about with play equipment. Also Farmer Fred's Activity Play Barn which is good fun for children but there is a fee to pay. The Bushel and Strike public house in Heacham is definitely a place to visit and have something to eat. Hunstanton is just under 3 miles away and is well worth a visit. There are lovely coastal path walks too. A drive to Cromer, Sheringham and Holt (for quaint independent shops) are places well worth a visit.
