Incredibly nice staff. Gave us two free drinks in the bar when we arrived. Had no issues with cleanliness at all. Shower exceeded expactations. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Great spot. Located very close to both train stations. Also very close to the bus line that brought us to legoland.

It was in a quiet, yet super convenient location. We walked to Windsor castle. The breakfast was plenty and was in a nice glassed in room. The room was very comfortable and clean.

it was our first time at crowne plaza hotel my daughter and husband enjoyed it the pool sauna jacuzzi was amazing, our room were changed for a bigger one we loved it, breakfast was amazing we were served my dhurvi she made my daughter pancakes which she loved and showed us around breakfast and made us feel comfortable so happy hard working kind caring lady. we were meant to check out 11 am but we got extra time to check out which was amazing with no charges we loved our stay and hotel, i hope you do serve ice tea soon. hope to visit soon

Convenient location,2min walk from Windsor & Eton Riverside station. 5min walk to Windsor castle. All of staffs are very kind and warm welcoming for the guests. Their restaurant has amazing river views, kind staffs and best breakfast ever. Very classic English style interior but not feel old.

    I was a rather wet and raining few days and just had a meeting to go to so didn't do any of the touristy type things. I gather the proprietors had only been in for half a year and hopping that today (11 Nov 2023) when writing this they will be able to sign a 10 year lease so start doing it up even more.

    nice place, friendly people, room was nice for what i paid, beds were comfy, water bottles, hot drink making facilities, fridge, tv, own bathroom and entry to room small things like tv remote didnt work, and looked as though the fire alarm was taped to the ceiling in our room, would return again
