Very beautiful property, nicely located with shops, including lovely antiques nearby. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, was a good stopover spot between places we visited.

The staff was phenomenally helpful and friendly. That were very sweet in helping my fiancée and myself celebrate our engagement weekend. They truly made it special. The service was wonderful with drinks being delivered to you where ever you were on the property. Finally the food was delicious. You couldn’t go wrong with anything on the menu. While we didn’t have pets ourselves it was quite fun seeing dogs around! You truly couldn’t go wrong with a stay here.

They were absolutely lovely, the water wasnt hot due to plumbing works, but within an hour or so i was hot, plus they offered me freebies for the inconvenience. The older buildings hold such character and these things happen, but the professional manner and care was above and beyond.

    Everything was excellent.

    Everything was excellent. We were there to visit relatives and friends, having family who lived in Frome for many years as well as visiting a few places we have enjoyed in the past. It was the perfect place for our needs and a real 'home from home'.
