⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly exceptional experience – highly recommended! From the moment we arrived at the hotel in Ilford, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. We travel often, and it’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness at such a high level — but here, everything aligned perfectly. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by Ejaz, who immediately made us feel at home. He was kind, helpful, and very responsive to our needs, going out of his way to ensure that everything was smooth and seamless. You can tell when someone is doing their job with heart — and Ejaz clearly takes pride in delivering great service. 👏 Our rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable 🛏️. The bed was perfect, the temperature was ideal, and all amenities were present. After a long day of travel, it was the ideal place to rest. The overall ambiance of the hotel is calm and welcoming — exactly what we were looking for. The next morning, due to an unexpected situation, we found ourselves in need of an additional night — but without a reservation. We were a bit stressed and unsure how this would go… But to our surprise, the manager, Mr. Kalam, stepped in with incredible generosity and efficiency. 🙌 Not only did he arrange the exact same rooms for us with no hassle whatsoever, but he also offered us complimentary breakfast as a kind gesture. That level of flexibility and customer care is rare and deserves to be highlighted. 🥐☕ A real example of service excellence. Another major plus: we were able to park our car right in front of the hotel, which in the UK is no small feat! 🚗 They even took the time to guide us and help us with the logistics, which made things even easier and stress-free. Between the quality of the rooms, the outstanding service, the attentive team, and the overall comfort, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Everything from the reception to the checkout felt sincere and smooth.

The staff at the reception was always nice and helpful. The room was comfy and clean (loved the carpeted floor). The breakfast had enough variety and tasted good. The location was neat - a train station right across the street, a supermarket, several market stores.

Had a really lovely stay. I booked extra 2 days. Quiet and peaceful. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. If i needed anything all i had to do was ask . Lots of shops nearby very close to ilford train station. I will be coming here again in the future.

Lot of opinion about this hotel are not good but I can’t confirm that. For this price in London, near station where you can go whatever you want is perfectly. Of course hotel is not perfect but if you sleep there only what else needed than good bed.

We were here for family vacation to see the sights of London and this hotel is next to bars, restaurants and markets where you can find everything for everyday including a larger shoping centre nearby. Most importantly, it practically sits on the Ilford Elizabeth line station and can get you to London extremely fast. The staff at the hotel is very forthcoming and friendly and will fullfil any wish you have. The room was very clean and tidy and quiet. As we were with a small kid we had a feeling we were making the most of the noise but not really (after day of walking we went to bed early and slept without any problem). Heating was on for the cold nights and can be regulated easily. Price was also great, and we don't have a problem to find where to go next time we're around. Will come back definitely, for business of for pleasure.

More Than Just a London Suburb

Ilford benefits from a train station on the fast line between Liverpool Street and Shenfield. Since Stratford, site of the Olympic Park, is only a few stations away, Ilford rose in international popularity during the build-up to the 2012 Games. However, location isn't all it has going for it.

The Borough of Redbridge is run from its Grade II-listed Victorian town hall, on a pedestrian precinct which includes the Ilford Exchange shopping centre. To the west is another Grade II-listed building: the 12th-century Hospital Chapel of St Mary and St Thomas of Canterbury.

The UK’s only complete mammoth skull was found underneath the high street and is now displayed in London’s Natural History Museum. Redbridge Museum houses more archaeological finds, and the 17th-century Valentines Mansion features a Victorian kitchen and beautiful gardens.

Actually outside of the capital when built, the mansion is now firmly within Greater London and is surrounded by Valentines Park with its boating lake and cricket pitch where Essex County once played.

The diverse cuisine of Ilford’s restaurants reflects its multicultural population, and there are also several good bars and a club near Gants Hill Tube station that is popular with reality TV stars. Nearby Ilford accommodation on Booking.com includes hotels with parking and cheap guest houses.

    Ilford is in the East of London and is mostly a residential area. The area is quiet and clean but depending on where you stay you can encounter a strong smell of smoked hash. People are friendly and depending on the area you can also find some high-end shopping shops. Mostly the residents are Moslems, Africans and/or Indian . We encountered very few British nationals. The cost of living is relatively cheaper than other areas in London, certainly cheaper than Central or West London. Eatery shops include fast food, indian, greek and continental too. We used the Elizabeth line and ilford is just 7-8 stops from Central London (Tottenham Court), so travelling was easy.

    I Was moved from one room to the other.

    I Was moved from one room to the other. The heater in the room was not functioning properly with this winter weather. There is always unusual banging on the floor at upstairs midnight making my sleeping uncomfortable. On booking.com advert started that there is free WiFi, but there is no WiFi. The staff were unfriendly and not willing to listen to complaints.

    My dissatisfaction was that yourselves allow places like this to promote themselves under false pretences I recently recovered from cancer and returned back to work initially the pictures on your website look inviting it was to late to change I am a working class self employed joiner so value for money is important to me this hotel was not signals for animals to sleep in shame on you it is all about money

    My son and I went for a visit "back home" I'm a Londoner living in Yorkshire, the hotel was clean n the beds comfortable, although the room was extremely small, I ended up walking out of the bathroom and hitting my foot on the bed as it was so close, we did not use the wardrobe as there were hinges missing and the door came off when it was open, there was an awful smell when running the water in the sink, but as I say the rooms were spotless. In a good place for the Elizabeth line train into London.

    It was good for the location we booked it for 2nights went really well. There are lots of shops and halal restaurants, Aldi, McDonald's, Kfc' plus seven kings Station just a 5min walk and ilford station about 10min walk the reviews about this place by other guests about loud music, I didn't hear a thing only when I went on the rooftop smoking area, but not to loud me and my Mrs stayed in room 3. Staff treated us nice.

    This is a gem. Great value for money. Clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. Right next door to the tube station. Central Line into the middle of London took about 23 minutes. So much cheaper than a central hotel.
