Everything about this hotel is above and beyond. The staff couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. The exterior is simply a haven of peace and quiet, the interior is simply beautiful. Lovely staff, lovely reception rooms. Absolutely no information on the hotel or surrounding area. No tea pot/ kettle. Poorly maintained plumbing . Hot water dangerously hot. One tiny bar of soap for 2 people for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced the second day. No newspapers offered. No information about room service.Guest review byMartinUnited Kingdom
