Its an old property downstairs flat. Very big garden next to a great playground. Very quiet place in Ladybank 50mins drive outside of Edinburgh 30mins drive to St Andrews and Dundee. Fabulous deer park 6min drive, Fife zoo nearby and carnie fruit farm worth a visit. If your looking for somewhere quiet and functional it does the job!
