The City is a dream, lots to do and three nights is never enough, we try to go as often as we can and we always find different places to visit, restaurants to eat at and pubs to drink in. The architecture is as impressive as anywhere in the world for a city centre. The metro, buses and many taxis make for easy travel. Must visits are the docks, museums , cathedrals, china town, Hope street ,the Cavern quarter and thats before the stadiums, but best thing about Liverpool are the people of Liverpool, polite, helpful , funny and so proud of their City. Interesting city with lots of cultural and historical things...
Interesting city with lots of cultural and historical things to do and see. The city tour buses were a great way to get around for maximum sightseeing. Loved the Dock areas. Vibrant city. Great People.
Vibrant city. Great People. Nice destination for UK City break. Try the 360 degree experience on top of Liver Building if you want a birds eye view. Mathew street is just fab!
Mathew street is just fab! The White Star pub was just a fabulous old pub with great memorabilia in it. Service great. Cavern Club was fab too. Philharmonic Hall a great venue to watch a show! The pub aptly named The Philharmonic across the road is truly amazing! These pubs have great ales on the pump. Also the docks are a great place to visit. The Pump house offers good food. Really Vibrant City.
Really Vibrant City. There's plenty to see especially if you are a fan of The Beatles. The city certainly lives on the bands history. If you like football then you've a choice of the two big clubs or even a trip over the Mersey to Tranmere Rovers (our destination and a good day we had).
