Great stay. The both the Chapel house and Chapel rooms have recently renovated but keeps its historic charm. Owners friendly and helpful. Didnt eat at Hidden Chapel but it looked good.

Colin and Sandra are very kind. The hotel is very cleaned. Breakfast is rich and Sandra makes the best porridge I have ever had in UK. Colin gave us good suggestions about the visits around Llandudno and helped us with our laggages. The hotel is on the Promenade and near to the train station: it is in a perfect position. It's the best choice to travel around (it's near to publics means of transport and there is also a parking on the back) and to have a quiet holiday

I liked the Hotel itself obviously, but also very much the private carpark. In Llandudno that is a big added bonus. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was helpful and very friendly.

My family of 5 stayed here during spring break and it was everything! It was conveniently located to several family activities and sightseeing locations. The room was nice and spacious (we loved the ceiling shower). Room came with a mini fridge and free do-it-yourself coffee. There was a mini store inside the hotel for late night snacks which was good for the kiddos since everything closes around 7/8 pm. We decided to add the hotel breakfast to our stay which was reasonably priced compared to other hotels; the waffles were great. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone in the local area was so kind to us Americans. Thank you ALL for making our trip one to remember.
