It was cheap and the location good with free car parking! However the soap dispenser was empty, the toilet was broken, lights in both the bathroom and main room were not working, electric socket were not working and television reception was appalling so could not be watched! Obviously the room 'had not been checked by anyone' for some time which is worrying.
