United KingdomWonderful cottage with amazing views. We loved relaxing at Beckaford View; great walks from the cottage, Becky Falls just down the lane and lovely pub in Manaton. The cottage feels really cosy and is super well equipped. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. A good place to be on a rainy day! Great area with lots of places to see.

The hotel is not in Newton Abbott.
The hotel is not in Newton Abbott. It is in the deep countryside on a small windy country lane in places only ONE vehicle wide. You may have to reverse to allow another vehicle to pass. We met tractors and followed a large gravel lorry so be warned. Good place to stay if you want to try out Devons lido's. Good rail links and buses are OK. The shopping area is worth a visit too. Try Warren's cream tea takeaway while you're there...and remember it's jam then cream!! check recent reviews if you're thinking of staying in the Keyberry Hotel..in Aug 24 it was truly awful. Newton Abbot is a nice little town, with a decent array of shops. If you have little ones, you must go to iTown as it's a great place for toddlers and Primary School kids. The staff were really helpful and the accomodation was superb. Little touches like fresh milk upon arrival and another fresh little bottle in the morning added to the visit.
