Property/room exactly as described/pictured by host. Great location and easily accessible by public transport. Very clean and comfortable with provided toiletries and bottled water/tea and coffee making facilities. Host very helpful and information and communication pre stay excellent. Great value accommodation for the area and would definitely book again.

Very amazing experience. Very nice to meet all the staff. They are amazing! The roomofattic a little hot and suggesting the window would add up a little curtain would be better because it's bright and hot in the morning, but my son slept so well and he likes it there, So next time I must choose there again. And all the kindness of the nice staff make it full mark. Thank you!

Staff were excellent as I was greeting in a professional and warm manner! Room was comfortable and well designed. I also enjoyed the sauna! If I had know breakfast was so amazing I would have planned to stay longer to enjoy it (full spread with a variety of delicious looking dishes). I highly recommend this library turned hotel. Excellent design and so unique!

I was staying in London for one night with a friend so we wanted a twin room where the beds were separated (as opposed to a super king split into two to make two singles with a tiny gap in between). It's hard to gauge on pictures these days with wide angle lenses being used for most promotional photography but the pictures of the Canopy rooms looked promising so I booked and we were not disappointed in the least. The twin room was very spacious, the beds were well apart and were almost double size each with the most luxurious bedding. The ceiling was high and the room very airy and the temperature was perfect during the day and throughout the night. The bathroom was also top notch with great toiletries and a proper hair dryer. The room also had an iron and ironing board. There was a fridge and a water carafe that we filled up with filtered drinking water in the hallway. There was also a Nespresso machine, as well as a kettle with all the bits for teas and coffees. I would 100% stay in this hotel again, in fact, I can't wait :-). As an added note, the location was perfect! Easy walk to the Tower of London and over the bridge to Borough Market and everything the area has to offer. 10/10.

    The apartment is spacious for 2 people, the bed was very...

    The apartment is spacious for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was not very clean, there was no toilet paper, and it was a strong smell of mold. One of the sliding doors of the cupboard is broken, so one can not benefit from the full space inside it, but it was not a problem for us, for such a short stay. The bathroom was very cold, the heating system is not very efficient in the bathroom and kitchen, but very good for the rest. The kitchen and bathroom would benefit from refurbishing and some updating. The cooker is old and quite dirty and there is no microwave. Also, there were no towels, so if you plan to rent this kind of accommodation consider bringing your own. There was no lining for the couch in the living room, so if you bring extra people, consider bringing that too.
