    I've been to Nuneaton a couple of times now for Jiu-jitsu at Andre Ramos Nuneaton and the place is beautiful. It's got an amazing park for walks, the town centre is bustling with shops, restaurants and pubs. Anything you would need is there. The food is great, a huge variety of cuisines and overall a great place to visit

    we travel to Nuneaton regularly as my wife was born there to visit family. we frequent a fish shop Toppa's a lot, unfortunately a lot of the main shops have disappeared because of all the big shopping malls in the bigger towns, this is across all of the UK, eventually, we'll slow down the pace of living when there are no jobs and go back to the good old days ,ie the horse and cart Ha, Ha, Ha.

    Nuneaton is an interesting town, it has the famous daughter...

    Nuneaton is an interesting town, it has the famous daughter George Eliot with her statue and a room at the town's museum. It has good modern architecture, the library and the pit head baths at Ansley. Its high street is part of the revolution that is taking place and will have to change. People now shop online, they do not want the "high stgreet experience" however there is the Saturday market and one good pub, The George Eliot. Nuneaton has fierce competitors for a day out shopping,, Birmingham Leicester and Coventry are Close. Perhaps Nuneaton will be the first town to redevelop its high street as part of the revolution that is taking place. So far politicians have done little this is shown in the Brexit vote, new thinking is needed. With the coal mines gone there has to be a new commercial future.

    I used to live nearby so this was a good base point for all...

    I used to live nearby so this was a good base point for all I needed clean friendly and has all the facilities you need for a short trip , the only thing I was disappointed with is the big trees outside my apartment window blocking all natural light so had to have all lights on whilst in the hotel but it was comfortable . Recommended highly for short stays .

    Location for Arena was good.Staff lovely.Evening food was great. Unfortunatley sold out of alot of the options. Couldnt even have cereal in the morning as out of milk Really !! But yes overall I would reccommend as Ive been before and was never an issue.

    This was our second stay & it was perfect 👍 The rooms are a good size, clean & well decorated. It has everything you need, including a proper hairdryer, iron & ironing board & tea tray. Comfy big bed with great pillows & a good size TV. We had breakfast which was very nice, the Full English was massive !!! This hotel is nicer than most Travel Lodges & is definitely better value. We had a great stay & will always choose The Longshoot when in the area 😃

    Beautiful and clean hotel, staff were all lovely and helpful.breakfast was top notch really set us up for the day lots of options and included with your stay which is amazing. Dinner was lovely also but limited choices which is understandable as there is a lot of food places in the area.Rooms were immaculate and comfortable.Will definitely be staying again.

    Always very friendly staff. Pub is adjacent to the hotel area and an easy means to grab a meal. Beds are good and the shower is as to be expected for UK hotels. The parking available in the back is very nice and easy. The upgraded Wifi is sweet.
