Fantastic heritage property with large rooms that are tastefully decorated. The bathroom is separate to the bedroom and has a large bathtub. The locals drink at the hotel and are really friendly. Plenty of parking .

As it ws my wife 70 birthday, your staff arranged my request for Jess to come in to give my wife a There are some bigger organisations who could take some lessons from your staff on customer/client care and service. We travelled from Wales for our little dog to have cataract operation and booked into the Smithy for a one night stay. We couldn't have picked a better place with wildlife, river and village atmosphere. Perfect place to chill. The owner was in contact prior so that our needs were met and even gave us the option of checking in earlier. Met the owner on one of our walks to the river otherwise we were left alone but could have contact at anytime.. Very clean and little extras thought of I.e. torch in bedside cupboard. If we ever go to Leominster again, I know where my husband and I would want to stay.

Lovely quiet old farmhouse with lots of history. Spotless and very comfortable. Well furnished and warm. Hostess very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice. Area very scenic and handy for exploring Hereford, Leominster and surrounding areas.

Such a lovely place, full of character.

Such a lovely place, full of character. Our host Elizabeth was so welcoming. It was a lovely stay so we booked to stay again on our return journey. Now looking at returning next spring. Highly recommend.

We were attending a garden party with a number of our relatives at a nearby house. The area is very pretty, rural and peaceful. I imagine that you would need a car to get around the area easily. We noticed various pubs in the area but as we were staying just a day, we didn't eat out in them and we didn't explore other places to visit.

It was very rural and extremely peaceful.

It was very rural and extremely peaceful. You would need your own transport, there is parking for one car. The travel to the cottage was through lanes not too far from a main road. Full directions were given by the owner. We visited two National Trust sites and a few towns during our visit.
