Ottery Saint Mary amenities were good Sainsbury's store and car park, the thing we noticed is it is not tourist driven 3 pubs, some smaller retail shops, various take aways we didn't see any restaurants. A very well appointed cottage with excellent hosts.
A very well appointed cottage with excellent hosts. Quiet yet convenient location. A real home from home. Do visit the local farm shop a short walk away. Excellent produce and service. Ottery St Mary has supermarket shopping, choice of pubs and takeaways etc. Very convenient for visiting loads of places further afield. Sidmouth is a lovely resort and town; well worth a visit. Although advertised as a small double, just for myself it was more that adequate. Lovely clean bathroom, hot showers and great toiletries as well. The hotel is very beautiful inside and out. The breakfast in the morning was superb and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Central to the Ottery St Mary town so easy to walk in and beside a large Sainsbury’s. Ideal for visiting Sidmouth folk festival (then being able to get away from the crowds). Reception staff were able to put us in rooms that were suitable for our accessibility needs (e.g., walk-in shower) and were very helpful.
