Everything about this place was fantastic. The owner is a lovely man and was very welcoming and helpful, I was part of a group of 4, more than enough room for us all with everything you would need at the house. The house is also in a great location, just out of reach of "town noise" but a literal 1 minute walk to places you want to go! I visit Rostrevor a few times a year, think I've just found my new go-to place to stay!!

The location just in front of the sea, the view, the room was spacious and warm, very clean and comfy. We loved the decorations and the style of the entire establishment. Rostrevor is a must for anyone visiting Ireland......it is a magical village set against the backdrop of the Mourne Mountains and on the shores of beautiful Carlingford Lough. It is so peaceful and idyllic and offers a perfect mix of tradition, culinary delights, talented artists and good craic! As the song goes......"if you ever go across the sea to Ireland"......make sure you visit Rostrevor

Rostrevor is tucked into the base of the Mourne Mountains and the mountain never leaves you...Behind each roof top is a lovely green mountain framing your experience and calling to you to come back. You can walk everywhere and get right up onto the mountain right away. The food is fresh and coastal and moderately priced. The Folk Music is some of the best I've found anywhere.

Disappointed by the room while the Pub and the restaurant belonging the same owner were really nice and need to be really considered for a stop in Rostrevor. The room (number 1) is really small and located in the ground floor with direct window to the street. Honestly we had the impression to sleep in the street due to the isolation so it was not very nice. Nevertheless as said we have spent a really nice moment in the pub and we have eaten very well at the restaurant

Loved the comfort and cleanliness of the flat, and the light – and the location close to the centre of Rostrevor village between the Mountains of Mourne and the sea, is perfect. You can only just see the mountains from the windows, but it's cosily set in a charming little modern development. It's amazingly convenient and well-presented. And super-comfortable beds!

The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was really pretty, clean and coffee/snacks were included. The host, Eddie made us feel really welcome and we had lots of privacy as our room was above the garage. The bars and restaurants are a five minute walk away from the property and we really enjoyed exploring Rostrevor.
