This place was a real surprise. Everything was great about this place. Rooms large, clean and comfy, very friendly welcome and the absolute highlight: the restaurant. We had a great dinner which we enjoyed very much. Large variety of different dishes and each and every course we had was absolutely good. The same experience we made with the cooked breakfast. Will come back for sure.

The room was lovely and big. Though my room toilet was not ensuite it was just outside the door and it was only used by me. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Emily was lovely answering all my questions through the app. It was clear and well communicated. I

It was very connivingly to travel to and from, the was extremely convent as was that dishes and pans were provided. The amenities were nice and fairly comftable.

Good traffic management and brilliant access to motorways & Airport. No favourite place did not stay long enough. Hotel accommodation abysmal. Left Scunthorpe having visited hotel and comprehended dirt, grime and unsanitary conditions inside.

There are some nice areas in scunthorpe but too many not so...

There are some nice areas in scunthorpe but too many not so nice.I have two young children of ago/ English de scent and we have had problems with certain quarters one of a violent nature which both me and my daughter where assaulted.But the schools are excellent and there are some decent pubs and eating places once u get used to the place.

We had a problem with the Toilet, the staff was told about this, the replay was " We know about the problem" that was it, no we will move you to a new room or even an apology. Since then We are receiving a refund.

Close to the train station. Abt 4 mins.

Close to the train station. Abt 4 mins. Then abt 25min walk to The Baths Hall Theatre. Near to a Wetherspoons pub on the way. Called the Blue Bell Inn. Lovely food & staff. Great place. Heater in the room. Plenty of buses. Near a great museum.

One of the friendliest places we've been to.

One of the friendliest places we've been to. Lots to do some lovely shops in the town centre and plenty if places rp eat and drink. Will definitely visit again we didn't have enough time there. Lovely bnb right in the centre with free parking

Everything i needed was within 150yds of the hotel.

Everything i needed was within 150yds of the hotel. Restaurants, bars, take aways etc. Perfect. Chinese Restaurant over the road and 40yds down not good however. Missed courses and extremely small portions. Rice served then 20 mins later the meat dish turned up.

The hotel is the perfect location for Baths Hall its literally across the road. There is also a lovely cocktail bar across from the hotel too. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was very spacious clean and tidy, modern decor I am not able to comment on breakfast as we left for home. Take a pen as non in room if you would like breakfast as they leave a sheet in your room. We would stay here again

Room was huge, very spacious. large bathroom. Huge bed. Excellent storage space - chest of drawers, wardrobe. Room was quiet; able to sleep well. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for my dietary needs; gluten free and vegetarian. Customer service was excellent; hosts were friendly, welcoming and stored my large suitcase for the day while I was at Scunthorpe Pride.

The price, location, staff and food. There's not much choice in the town centre. We've been staying here for over 20 years to see Scunthorpe united. It needs work done but it's clean and comfortable. The food is good too and the staff are very helpful.

The hotel was great but seemed very busy-breakfast was a nightmare, huge queues for breakfast which wasn't great. Pool was fairly cold too. I've stayed a few times and everything else is good.
