I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions.
I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is good. Stansted is easy to reach, and the hotel is close to the terminal with convenient onsite parking. Previously, I was told parking was on a first come, first served basis, which seemed fair enough. However, on my last visit I was informed after parking that no space was available as I had not booked in advance. If the policy had changed, this should have been made clear at the time of booking. The inconsistency was disappointing, and unfortunately this experience has soured my opinion of the hotel. I will be looking elsewhere in future.Guest review byKevinUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Flight delayed so missed connecting flight.. the proximity of the hotel to the terminal is unsurpassable The check-in was fast and efficient Room was spacious and beds super comfortable Shower was strong and bathroom equipped with facecloths etc But best of all breakfast at 4am to facilitate early flight was just brilliant and really enjoyableGuest review byTrishIreland - 8.0

Check in was smooth with polite and friendly staff. The room overlooked the runway, however you couldn't hear anything which was great. We had dinner that night with plenty of options. We both went for the pizzas which were huge 😳. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and for me being gluten free there was a separate section and toaster for bread and cereals. All in all, will stay again.Guest review bySilka

Edi & Dan are wonderful hosts and were quick to respond to our questions. It was everything we’ve hoped for. For those planning their trip, I’d highly recommend staying there. It’s close to the airport, but we didn’t hear any airplane noises whatsoever, or any noises for that matter. I suggest you take a train from Stansted Airport to Stansted Mountfitchet, as it’s about 7 minute walk to the property, as taxi might be pricey (we paid £45 for this short ride).Guest review byAnastasiyaUkraine
