I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions.
I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is good. Stansted is easy to reach, and the hotel is close to the terminal with convenient onsite parking. Previously, I was told parking was on a first come, first served basis, which seemed fair enough. However, on my last visit I was informed after parking that no space was available as I had not booked in advance. If the policy had changed, this should have been made clear at the time of booking. The inconsistency was disappointing, and unfortunately this experience has soured my opinion of the hotel. I will be looking elsewhere in future.Guest review byKevinUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Check in was smooth with polite and friendly staff. The room overlooked the runway, however you couldn't hear anything which was great. We had dinner that night with plenty of options. We both went for the pizzas which were huge 😳. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and for me being gluten free there was a separate section and toaster for bread and cereals. All in all, will stay again.Guest review bySilka

Close to a petrol station and less than 7 minutes bus 🚌 Ride from stansted airport 🛫. The airport shuttle bus was cheap and economical to use. The staff were great and the breakfast was amazing. The room was clean, neat, and presentable. The breakfast buffet is good also.. There are a lot of parking spaces and even one can rent a car 🚗 to drive to London or other places.
