All members of staff we interacted with were very helpful. The way they handled a mix up with parking (which was our fault) went beyond our expectations and we were very grateful for their kindness. The room was a decent size despite using a sofa bed and there were ample towels available. The location was useful for us and check in and out was speedy.

Perfect distance to walk to the Princess Royal Theatre , we were able to book in early so we had a full day in PTalbot, ,lovely breakfast good choices , and nice bar prices not expansive compared to other places we have stayed .

Reception staff Richard is adorable and helpful. He arranged an early breakfast for us. The morning guy was entertaining and went out of his way to please us. Not money motivated but eager to please.
