You are made to feel welcome even before you get to the hotel with kind enquiries about what they can do for your comfort (and then fulfilling the requests). Nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is just amazing, the staff so kind and attentive, the food is sublime and the decor of the restaurant is just magical. The gardens are just superb and a main reason to visit, and the very extensive grounds are a delight. We’ll definitely be back!

    Everything was fantastic and lived up to the five star rating. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. and all staff were welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded and stayed in a garden suite which was very well appointed and was enormous compared to other rooms at other hotels. The Spa was great with both indoor and outdoor facilities.
