Happy helpful staff-- great attitude of all staff from top down---wish i was staying longer!! Room was SO QUIET--Lots of monitored parking--breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL--And lots of it--best stay in UK in our 3 weeks over from NZ--Thank you to all the staff there for making our stay so worry free and memorable--would DEFINITELY highly recommend this place for your journey--Peterborough is not far away so h=great location for tourists and travellers!

Stayed here before and every time it is a delight -This property, convenient for the centre of Stamford oozes character and individuality. Charlotte is a star - no one else multi-tasks, like Charlotte! Rooms are unique & somewhat quirky- but that's what makes it special. Food is superb and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Right what can I say about the Sibson inn hotel Tottally a golden gem, found this place by mistake and now it's my favourite place to stay when working near by. The rooms a spacious comfortable,clean,and i always sleep well The food is fresh good value for money and the chef can cook amazing food, 10/10 every time, The Sibson has a nice little bar area with good drinks on draft it's a nice atmosphere to be in but the best part of this hotel is the staff, really friendly and welcoming, a really nice group of people that are there to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, I have to mention one of the staff members call Leo, this guy works so hard on running this hotel, always available to help and an absolute pleasure to be around, to see and be greeted by a friendly smiling face after a hard day's work makes your stay at the Sibson worth every penny, if your looking for a place to stay for the night with comfortable rooms, good food a nice little bar for a few drinks and welcoming staff this is the place to go ... 100% 5 star rating from me.

We booked this night away just a couple of hours before we set off, so very last minute. Had a lovely stay at the White Hart. ALL staff fantastic We hope they do well going forward they deserve to. Spent the following afternoon at burghley house abd gardens also highly recommended

Friendly staff who everything they could to make us welcome. Beautiful gourmet food made with local produce. My husband thought the batter on his fish was the best he had ever had and he is very particular. Beautiful porridge at breakfast. Lovely English breakfast. Happy atmosphere in bar. Beer nicely kept. Some good beers on draft. Good coffee. Lovely view of field with Shetland ponies. Church with gold chiming clock. Bank of daffodils. Quintessentially English. We look forward to our next stay there.

Ufford is a beautiful, peaceful village, full of interesting...

Ufford is a beautiful, peaceful village, full of interesting buildings. We enjoyed a stroll round on an earlier visit in the summer but it was dark this time when we arrived, although you could still sense the atmosphere. Lots of places to visit nearby but nice to come back to the White Hart in Ufford afterwards. I think the White Hart is the only place to eat.

Pleasant village, well signposted with some interesting old...

Pleasant village, well signposted with some interesting old stone barns converted into homes. The church has an amazing vantage point on top of a steep hill, but a loud clock which rings the hour all night as well as day! There is a village hall, but I didn't notice any other facilities such as a shop. Popular with cyclists because of the hill climbs I believe.

Ufford is a small, beautiful and interesting village.

Ufford is a small, beautiful and interesting village. It is very quiet and we could have had some pleasant walks had we been staying longer. It is in a very rural setting, not even the distant sound of traffic. It is only a 15 minute drive from the town of Stamford which is also very pleasant and interesting. We had a lovely stroll through the park on our way back to Ufford after eating in Stamford.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful village. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were offered a hot drink on arrival which was a lovely gesture. Breakfast and dinner superb. I am gluten intolerant and there were many options available and very accommodating.

It was a shame about the room. Small, stuffy and the bathroom was in need of renovation. The hotel/pub itself was pleasant, with restaurant and bar and location. Staff were fine.
