they kept my luggage until it was time to check in, offered cup of coffee in their restaurant until such time, restaurant at the hotel is public to the community, popular, food was good, there are only 6 rooms, quaint, plaid carpets, there is a public room for rent; there was a memorial the day I was there, (there COULD be parties so double check before booking) arranged for a taxi pick up to the airport, very helpful staff

I really like the hotel ,it was nice and clean with old Scottish history.Breakfast was not so special,and for cappuccino was extra to pay 2.70£ But in all was everything really nice and the owner was also really friendly.

Everything. Maureen is a great host and made us feel exceptionally welcome from the moment we stepped inside the house. The property offers great value for money with.accommodation that’s large and well appointed and everything well catered for, from the toiletries in the bathroom to the choice and options available for breakfast.     Uplawmoor is a lovely, very small village. We were there to visit family. It would be a lovely place to visit, have a country walk and enjoy the location but the village itself has limited amenities.

    We contacted the hotel 2 days before our stay to see if we could collect a room key as we would be arriving before the check in time to go to a wedding. Staff were extremely helpful and let us check in a full 2 hours early. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Staff were great!

    Uplawmoor hotel is lovely can't fault our stay the room was big clean and comfy we where in the family room and the attention to detail for a family with young children was great from start to finish the staff are very welcoming and helpful and the Scottish breakfast is one of the best Can't wait to book again
