Great location, 10mins walk from station and castle. Historical old-fashion building. We had well-renovated big room, with everything you need, tea-coffee-water and even cookies. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful staff, welcome drinks, everyday cleaning in the room, great tasty cooked per person warm breakfast from the menu.

This is my "go to" hotel for staying in Woking, it is located just outside of town but it really is only a few minutes walk to the shops, the railway station etc. We spent one of our days in London and the proximity to the station and a sub-30 minute journey to Waterloo means you can be in the heart of the Capital within about 45 minutes of leaving your room. The bar offers a nice selection of beers and spirits and although we didn't use it this time, the restaurant does a very nice meal.

Everything was lovely. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The toiletries were a treat being Elemis products. The staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is really close to the Castle, shops and restaurants.

    Wonderful hosts and lovely, comfortable rooms. We were able to learn about the history of the area, visited the fantast local pub (30min walk). Very grateful to have been dropped off by the Virginia Water lake! A must visit when staying near the area. The icing for me was the very personal touches, particularly with the dairy free, gluten free pancakes for breakfast. Thank you so much for accommodating a group of girls visiting for a wedding. We had a fantastic time staying with you before and after!

    Perfect location for Thorpe Park (10 min drive) - our main reason for staying here. Also the hotel was right next to Virginia Water Lake, so that was an extra bonus. The staff were friendly, and accommodating when I needed an extra towel, and when the food was not as expected, there was no problem in taking it off the bill. Breakfast was plentiful and the pancakes were enjoyable (just don't add the extra maple syrup or it would be far too sweet).

    Very conveniently located a few minutes walk from Virginia Water shops, restaurants and station. Large and well-appointed apartment - and milk in the fridge - thanks! The bottle of wine was a kind thought (but I would have swapped it for heating and loo roll).

    Helen and Dave were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was catered well for dogs, with a large garden area for them to play in. Breakfast was excellent with homemade bread and lots of choice! A very convenient location situated near Virginia water.
