The reception staff at night. There was a lady who checked me in. Very helpful and friendly. Also a gentleman at the reception who got us drinking water to the room. Forgot both their names. Clear instructions upon checkin. Parking payment seamless. Room was fantastic, had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! Breakfast was really nice and the room was clean and had all of the essentials. We were even allowed an extra hour to check out without any additional charges.

Addy and Gareth were just amazing from the time I arrived, until the time I left. Bed was soooo comfy, meals were amazing and well priced. After reading some of the previous reviews, Addy is obviously on the right track. Would definitely stay here again and happy to recommend. Keep up the good work and customer focus team. It was an emergency booking after my flight from London Gatwick was cancelled. Not very near to the airport but ok. I can't describe how helpful the staff were (the receptionist and another guy). I came late at night and they helped me to arrange a taxi trip to London Luton airport the next day. I wouldn't know what to do without their help. Thanks, guys.

    It’s very handy for the Bluebell railway, there is a good shop in the village for anything you would require. Just a short walk and you will find the Fox Pub where we sat outside on a lovely summer’s evening. The Pub also contained a small farm shop which looked very inviting😋
