The place was beyond expectations. We were very pleased with how clean and modern it was. Very comfortable Very clean Very modern Very Friendly and accommodating owners. On site owners super friendly. Highly recommend this. We were three adults with two rooms. Would book again. Absolutely.

Welcoming staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Upgraded without a problem due to a guest staying on longer in my allocated room. Excellent facilities. Warm and cozy. Relaxed with a few pints at the bar. Locals were very sociable.

    Probably the best location for ferries to Islay and exploring the Kintyre peninsula with West Loch Tarbert five minutes away by car and Campbeltown thirty minutes in the opposite direction there is a lot to say for such a great location.

    It was a very pleasant location overlooking the loch and an ideal location for our trip to Islay. Nearby Tarbert is a lovely coastal village and we enjoyed a very good evening meal there, and a pleasant after dinner stroll.

    It is the only guest house very close to the ferry terminal...

    It is the only guest house very close to the ferry terminal from Islay Isle. Has a late checkin for the last ferry from Islay. Owner monitors if the ferry is running late and waited up to check us in.
