Everything was new, modern, and clean. Unexpectedly high standard for the price, I've never stayed in such a luxory place anywhere else in Georgia (I'm a budget traveler). And the views were great, the house is built on a hill facing another mountain. There's also a café under development where I got to hang out on my own until late at night, preparing as many cups of tea as I felt like. You can also order meals at prices lower than in the restaurants in Mestia - for example, an enormous khachapuri for 10 GEL.

The surroundings are breathtaking – endless green meadows and powerful mountains all around – but what truly makes this place special is the amazing people behind it. Location exceeded our expectations. You can order many dishes of the local cuisine in the restaurant at the hotel. Time that we spent there was not enough to enjoy those stunning views of the mountains that you cans see from every window of your room. We took one extra night in this hotel. It's good place to stay if you have a car in your trip, so you can visit many places nearby.

The rooms are cozy, exceptionally clean and offer a great view of the mountain. The Hotel is around 750m from the start of the TCT leading up to Utviri pass - a great choice for Hiker. The owner is very helpful and welcomed us a second time, after we had to retreat from the mountain after a thunderstorm. Though it was still morning we could enter the room immediately and could even wash our laundry in their washing machine. She also helped us to organize a transfer to our next destination. And last but not least: The food (breakfast, lunch, dinner if needed) was also great. Clear recommendation!

The people, the place, the nature and view are stunning! The house is unique and amazing, we felt extremely welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. The people were so wonderful, attentive and warm hearted, they take good care of their guests and helped us immediately when we had a flat tire and our car battery was low.
