The house is situated on a hill in a really calm and natural environment in a small settlement. Excellent views and great garden. A lot of hang out equipment like table tennis, hammocks, dart, volley ball - great for Families / kids. Very lovely host and Kind welcome. Simple kitchen and bathroom, but everything you essentially need is available. Could also be great for a long term stay - excellent price / value ratio :-) Nice old fortress and hiking trails in the surrounding area nearby and a great restaurant with outdoor dining area in the neighborhood .

After sleeping 2 nights in an unwelcoming hotel in Old Tbilisi, i found this one refreshing. The owner was really nice. Didn’t speak much english but we could talk through GoogleTranslate which worked perfectly. We exchange a bit and I know she is a kind soul.

Awesome place with a great, positive environment . Staffs are amazing and very helpful . Room is nice , clean and the bed is so comfortable . We have got to meet the Owner and the Manager of the hotel . Very humble and friendly people . Treated us with Georgian wine 😍 .Also they have transport service , save and price is reasonable.
