We stayed here for a couple of nights and were impressed with the condition and quality of the house. Yes, it's all brand-new, but unlike the cheap facilities you often find in random huts. It's more like a well-furnished, perfectly organized city-center apartment than a village house. And that’s even though the outside isn’t fully finished yet. Of course, we enjoyed the serenity of the valley and the great view of Kazbegi.

The most amazing hotel in the area, with a stunning view and a lovely balcony – we enjoyed every moment! But most importantly, we want to give a big shout-out to the hosts! You were amazing and made our stay truly perfect. When my partner wasn’t feeling well and considered skipping dinner, you generously set up a full meal for us free of charge – just so we would cheer up. In general, you were incredibly kind and gave us great tips as tourists. You were wonderful and we’ll always remember you!

Kazbegi was truly a visual treat. The stunning landscapes, serene atmosphere, and scenic roads made the entire experience beautiful. Our stay at GRAF Kazbegi elevated the experience even further. Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Although there was a minor issue with the room we originally booked, the staff was incredibly helpful and promptly upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost. I have to say, the entire property—both the room we initially chose and the upgraded one—was exceptional and spotless. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Exceptionally clean and spacious room and bathroom. Incredible view on the shared terrace. The owner is incredibly helpful and accommodating, even though she doesn't speak English she tries her best with translate she will address any of your concerns and make you feel at home, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
