Best experience in Georgia. A truly outstanding stay - everything was on a consistently high level, from service to atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. They handled any requests or situations efficiently and with a positive attitude. Special thanks to Tazo, whose attentiveness and friendly approach made a real difference. Exceptional ambiance. The design strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and comfort. The interiors are elegant, stylish, and thoughtfully curated, yet still warm and cozy - you immediately feel at ease. The common areas are inviting and beautifully maintained, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet moment. Top-notch comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were among the best I’ve experienced - clearly, attention to detail is a priority here. Rooms are well-equipped and offer everything needed for a relaxing, luxurious stay. Scenic and serene. The surroundings are stunning, with panoramic views that create a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere. It’s the perfect setting to unwind and disconnect from daily stress. A brilliant concept - thoughtfully executed. You can feel the care and vision behind this place. It's more than just a hotel; it’s a complete experience. I’m already looking forward to returning.

The Tsinandali estate was very beautiful. The hotel was very quiet and we had parking. We really liked the property and the amenities. The breakfast potatoes and the yogurt were really nice. There was a winery walking distance.

The hotel is outside of Telavi city so you need a cab to commute to city centre which is 3-4kms. We booked the Qvevrebi for the experience and must say it was totally worth it. Top notch amenities, coffee bar, smart TV and a super comfortable bed with utmost hygiene. Best part is the staff, especially the sweet girl Natia in the restaurant. She makes nice coffee for you, serves you wine, and if you have a baby, like we did, she will also do her best to keep the kid entertained. What a gem of a soul! Absolutely amazing stay, not to forget the the view of the snow clad mountain peaks from the room

We liked everything about this hotel, it was amazing! It is a cozy place, well decorated and nice. Our room had a nice size bathtub and a balcony. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. Our bed was made every day. It was great! Breakfast was awesome and plenty. We couldn't actually finish the whole thing. They will give you a variety of traditional Georgian dishes and that were delicious! The service from the front desk ladies, Annie and Ana (hope I spelled their names correctly) was outstanding! Kudos to them. Annie helped us with everything we needed and gave us tips on where to go around Telavi and Khaketi. The hotel is well located and you have historical places, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets within walking distance. You can also walk to Telavi Bazaar (open market)

This was a fantastic hotel in Telavi. We spent three nights and could have spent longer! The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel pool and veranda were lovely. But the staff was what really made the hotel, they were so kind and helpful. They helped us book many day trips on the region and we’re always eager to help. The views coming down the stairs and from the veranda are pretty stunning as well.

The architecture of the place is just incredible. The owner, Georgi, and his mom Maria are the most pleasant people. Georgi is also a chef with lots of experience in the Belgian and Georgian cusine. We ate the best meal with natural ingredients and home made food. We had the best romantic time there, with the unmatchable view to the mountains. Hopefully we'll come back for more!

What Guests Said About Tsinandali:

    Overall I guess it was ok.

    Overall I guess it was ok. Check-in at Park Hotel was terrible. We reserved a room with a queen bed, and all rooms are supposed to have a view. We specifically confirmed the queen bed with a request immediately after reserving. What we got at first was a room with twin beds and no real view. One side was blocked by a wall, the other side viewed the access road. The front desk refused to change anything, saying they had a large group taking an entire floor. (There was a youth group of some kind there.) We had to call the reservations line to correct this. The lady on the phone looked up the reservation, confirmed the queen bed, and arranged for a correct room. It is very disappointing that the on-site desk people can't do this. (The view was the same way but had no wall blocking one side, and the mountains could be seen from the balcony now.) Once we were set it was all ok. We did not do much in Tsinandali, just enjoyed the park and dinners. Once at the Radisson (overpriced) and one at a local Marani (very good deal!)

    This is one of my fav places in Geo and i keep on coming...

    This is one of my fav places in Geo and i keep on coming back whenever i have free few days. Great staff, great breakfast... indoor pool i would say most cozy among all indoor pools in Geo. Cant wait till my next visit.

    Great location to visit nearby cities.

    Great location to visit nearby cities. Very beautiful Tsinandali estate with lots of variety trees and plants. Squirrels are jumping near you in the park and it's very nice. Vine and food are tasty but expensive compating with Tbilisi.

    The resort is compact but self sufficient.

    The resort is compact but self sufficient. They have their own wine production too and the staff are knowledgable to share information. The restaurant staff are very polite and friendly. They speak good english too. We were a family of 4 so we got the suite room which was just nice. The view from the room was gorgeous!
