We stayed here as a family and couldn’t have been happier. The house is brand new, equipped with everything you could possibly need – and even more than I’ve seen anywhere else. The cleanliness is absolutely perfect. But the most important thing is the hosts – their hospitality makes you feel like you’ve truly come home.

Nino is an excellent host, we felt literally at home. All the rooms are clean and well-maintained. There are air conditioners, but we didn’t use them; despite the daytime heat, it was pleasantly cool at night.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Zugdidi. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it very convenient to explore the area. We arrived late in the day after a long journey down from the mountains and were given a warm welcome from the father of the family, who came out to our taxi to greet us. We spoke to his son Georgio who could speak very good English. His Mother provided us with Water Melon and a freshly cooked home made Georgian dish, which was delicious! The perfect, all you need, large accommodation is set in the large garden with use of the outside area and another great outside kitchen. The air conditioning was superb in the hot heat. Having the company of the family was a lovely experience but equally, they provide their guests with respectful privacy. The family dog was an added delight to our stay :) Set in a really nice, quiet suburban area of Zugdidi, a supermarket just a couple of 100yards away and walking distance to the city. Perfect location, we just wished we had booked for a longer stay and will definitely recommend Cosy Kvara77!

We spent two nights in this guesthouse and everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy, equipped with everything we needed (including coffee and a kettle). It is also just a few minutes walk to the city center and the staff was very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend it!
