"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Mr. Ali, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for my needs – close to the airport and a short distance from town (Osu). My room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. Top Tier!!! This is a little gem of a hotel. So much more charming than the big impersonal chain hotels. The hotel is a 3 minute ride to the airport and the neighborhood is safe enough to walk around. I am sorry I didn’t get to stay longer.

The front desk is always ready to help; very nice people. The room was well cleaned every day and smelled very nice. Nice air-conditioned rooms. Electricity was continously provided. The hotel is so close to the city, easy access to transportation at all times. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food.

Customer service was exceptional. The food was AMAZING! The spa treatment and facilities divine. It was so good I slept during my treatment and I was left to sleep in for a bit. I booked this hotel as a treat to myself for my birthday and I just put a message letting them know I would be spending the time by myself and it would be nice if I am made to feel special and they did not DISAPPOINT! I had a very warm welcome by the staff with a welcome drink and in my room I was surprised with cake, fruit basket, champagne, my room decorated etc and on my birthday the had the staff sing to me with cake presented during breakfast. I honestly cried really exceeded my expectations. They really do know how to look after their customers, all the staff members were welcoming and knew me by name. I was called the birthday girl throughout my stay. Thank you so so much. I would definitely come back again!
