My boyfriend and I stayed at Maison Meltem at the beginning of April, and from the moment we arrived—it was magical! Olivier, Yannis, and Hera welcomed us so warmly into their beautiful home and venue, creating an unforgettable experience. Every single detail was thoughtfully curated—the food, lovingly prepared by Yannis, was absolutely delicious, the rooms were serene and helped us truly connect with nature, and Olivier stayed in touch from the moment we booked to make sure everything was perfect. It’s hard to put into words just how much care and love went into every part of our stay—from the decor to the toiletries, everything reflected deep appreciation for the island, the art of hospitality, and the guest experience. It was our first visit, but definitely not our last!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was not only spacious but also had a fantastic view of the beach and sea that I enjoyed waking up to every morning. They offer a great breakfast in a terrace with that same view of the beach. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway.

The appartment was super clean (thnx to Tatiana 💙💛). They cleaned the rooms daily, they changed the bedsheets and towels. The staff ( the receptionist was very lovely and helped us book a taxi for the airport) were super friendly and helpful. There is also a pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm). There is a bar downstairs in case you want to have breakfast or to simply have a coffee in the morning. The view is breathtaking. The location was great (5 min from the beach by walking). The bus station that goes to heraklion is also infront of the structure. Everything was great. I higly recommend!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a serene oasis where comfort and warmth radiate throughout. We were exceptionally pleased with the hotel; it was beyond our wildest expectations. The hotel exudes a perfect blend of laid-back luxury and authentic Cretan charm, creating a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere that captures the essence of relaxation. The staff are gems—extremely friendly, attentive, and eager to assist on any occasion, always wearing heartfelt smiles. Their exceptional service made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. Location-wise, it's unrivalled. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and only 70 meters from the tranquil, turquoise waters of a calm bay—a stark contrast to North Crete’s known strong waves. This proximity allowed us to effortlessly switch between the hotel's pristine pool and the inviting sea. The poolside bar was a delightful bonus, offering refreshing cocktails, prosecco and wine and light bites under the soft breeze—a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Nestled in a charming small village, the hotel is surrounded by an array of delightful beachfront restaurants (which we explored at dinner time), offering delectable cuisine and vibrant yet peaceful vibes. Leaving this slice of paradise was our trip’s only challenge; we simply didn't want our stay to end. In conclusion, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it’s an experience that enriches the soul, a splendid testament to Crete’s incredible hospitality. We LOVED THAT!

The hotel complex is well laid out.

The hotel complex is well laid out. Although set in a hill there are plenty of lifts if you don't like using stairs. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Bathrooms are modern and clean. It's a great place to just relax by the pool by the bar or on your balcony. It's north facing so full sun in the morning. There is a good gym and a beauty spa. The evening entertainment is varied and of a good standard. A lot of the shows are held in an open air ampitheatre ideal for a summers evening. There is a regular bus run by the hotel down to the local beach which is helpful as the road down is steep and narrow. The restaurant is excellent. The choice and quality of food is outstanding and delicious. The staff are helpful and always have a smile on their faces. If you like an all inclusive holiday where you can laze around be active then this is highly recommended.

Food was outstanding, their for 10 days and ever meal I had was different, yes you could have the same things if you wanted to but I like to try different foods so this was great, also the desserts were delicious everyday something different, hats off to the chef.

An absolutely stunning place! The lovely views and the beautiful, thoughtfully laid out architecture and grounds drew us in. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right here. The hosts are super welcoming and helpful. We can’t wait to return next May!

I liked the sea - we were in October and the weather was...

I liked the sea - we were in October and the weather was perfect. We took a boat for self boating - no license is required and it was great. We had a very good sea experience, swimming, free diving (snorkel) and jumping from the boat... we could see a sea turtle and flying fishes... we mostly cooked our own food in the villa. We drove to visit Chania and Heraklion.

The beach and the waters are not bad.

The beach and the waters are not bad. Everything else unfortunately is: getting there, inadequate road signs and parking space, the village and the roads are a total mess. The cafes and bars reach almost to the water, over the sandy beach, which is unacceptable.. Too much tourism, too little space..

The beach and main area is beautiful, stunning beach with lots of water activities and little shops and bars. Perfect to break up your holiday from sitting by the pool. 30 mins from the airport so good transfer times.

As resort name says - literally „Out of the Blue“ Sea! Check the photo attached to see real view from the hotel. It had best green territory. All inclusive concept - very suitable for families with kids (especially for parents who just want to rest properly) Amazing variety of food and friendly stuff. Definitely could recommend this hotel I believe hotel needs new better pictures here to display all the beauty of the hotel!

I was staying in this hotel with my 2 kids. We spent an amasing time in Anatoli Apartments. The owners are so helpful and kind people. Always trying to arrange everything needed. We felt ourselves as we were in our own home. The beach is only 1 minute distance.. Many different kind of restaurants are very close to the hotel. The hotel is amazingly situated. We will return back again to this hotel with a great pleasure.

Super nice clean apartments with all facilities you need during your holidays stay😊close to the beach. We also liked our monuntains view from the sunny balcony. Beside the owners Maria&Felix are very nice and helpful😊They run also small greek restaurant where you can eat delicious food😊I would say its one of the best eating spot in Agia Pelagia that you cant miss!

The staff are amazing! Especially Chris on the bar such a great chap aswell as the reception crew.The place was spotless, great food aswell as being very affordable. Lovely cute well looked after cats everywhere, the hotel is also a 10 minute walk from two beautiful beaches. Honestly people the best hotel and most friendly welcoming staff I've ever experienced!
